The International Conference (ICCMP) offers an excellent opportunity for the
International and Domestic Companies, firms and organizations producing,
processing, exporting, importing medicinal herbs, certified organic
ingredients, essential oils, equipments for packaging herbal products to show
case their products and services in the exhibition. The government and
non-government agencies working as producers and vendors of medicinal plants
development and marketing literature, journals, herbal medicinal products and
equipment are encouraged to exhibit their products. The exhibition will
continue for four days, at Raipur, Capital of Chhattisgarh, India. The
International Exhibitions of this type attracts huge customers for which
organizers face lot of challenges in accommodating the demand of participants
for exhibition booths. The exhibition booths are available with the dimension
of 4.5m x 4.5m for hire at the price of $1,000 for overseas participants and
INR 25,000 for local participants per booth for four days. Interested parties
must register no later than January 30, 2010 to secure space. The exhibition
booths are well decorated and equipped with furnitures and exhibition kits.
Each booth has two tables, four chairs, two shelves, one p.c. and hoarding of
the company. Payment must be made by money orders, certified checks or bank
drafts in favor of Conference Coordinator ICCMP. Registrations must be
completed no later than January 30, 2010.
